At AGI STORE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Our streamlined process ensures that updating your wardrobe is as seamless and stress-free as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or use our guest tracking page to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital authorization code.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the original items, including all tags and packaging, into a secure shipping box or mailer and include the printed return slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
